Our Retreat programs are based on empowering you with knowledge, education and awareness to change the direction of your life or to change the mind set for you to take steps towards empowering yourself to make a difference to your life and the lives of the people around you.

Our retreat is about how to live life with fulfilment, purpose and clarity. Our programs will give you the 'tools' to use, to change the direction you are heading whenever you need to do so. It is like teaching a man to fish .... so that he can fend for himself for the rest of his life.

Our Retreat is set in a quiet and peaceful environment, in a small country town called Berrigan, situated far south west New South Wales. We do have relaxation and meditation sessions, healing programs, lifestyle transformations programs, counselling and Hypnosis for stop smoking cigarettes.  Yet our main aim is to help you get rid of the those road blocks that hold you back and release the negative emotions and the past hurts and pains that keep you stuck in life and to use your conscious and subconscious minds work for you to achieve the goals you set and the dream life you want to live and feel happy, successful and beautiful.

All retreats include breakfast, lunch and morning & afternoon teas. We like to encourage you to visit the town of Berrigan in the evenings and meet the lovely locals at the Sporties club, Federal hotel or the Royal hotel. Great meals and friendly people.

We have accommodation at the lodge or if you prefer to stay in a motel, we can arrange your accommodation bookings at the nearby motel. Accommodation costs will be separate to the cost of your retreat program. We recommend that you  stay at the lodge or at the local motel, so that you are away from ‘usual’ environment at home. Staying at the retreat will give you the opportunity to share stories and experiences with others which can be beneficial and supportive in many ways.
