Take Control of Your Life Program


First Session     1.5 - 2.00 hours

This is a complimentary session ~ where we sit down and talk about your health concerns, identify your areas of concern and set goals that you want to achieve.

During this session we talk about a coaching plan for you ~ the ideal program for you to reach your goals and dreams. We will also talk about your options on how you can commit to these goals ~ whether it is too easy or too hard to reach these goals. This will help you set goals that are reachable for you.

We will discuss your session plan ~ most suitable times for you to attend. We will discuss your payment options / plan.

If you consent to this program, then we set a date for the first coaching session, we will work together to create a ‘Health Plan’ for you. We will design a program to suit you and email this to you within 2 days.

Second Session     2.00 hours

  • Heart Health Check

     • Blood pressure/Heart Rate
     • Resting ECG
     • Total Cholesteral - fasting blood test
     • Blood Glucose Level - fasting blood test
     • Weight/fat mass/muscle mass/water content
     • Waist measurement

  • Medical / Personal details
  • Set strategies for your goals - 2 Health goals and 2 Lifestyle goals
  • Discuss your action plan
3rd - 6th Sessions - Fortnightly     1.00 hour
    
  • We work with your strategies for each goal and monitor your progress
  • We deal with road blocks/fears/challenges and excuses that may hinder your progress
  • We look at your mindset
  • We reprogram your subconscious mind to change unhealthy habits
  • We monitor your progress
  • We set new actions/plan ..if we have to
  • We offer feedback - positive & negative

7th - 11th Sessions - Monthly visits or fortnightly checks  1 hour

  • We check on your progress at fortnightly intervals
  • On the 7th visit you have a review health check
  • Your visits to the clinic can be monthly/pending your progress
  • We check your actions and how you are achieving your goals

12th Visit          2 hours

  • Final heart health check
  • Evaluate your progress
  • Celebrate your great achievements
